The Annual Reunion 2026 is over the long weekend from the 17th to 20th of September.
The committee welcome all to attend. If you can’t make the full weekend do aim to attend on the Friday night or Saturday.
The venue is the Royal Court Hotel in Coventry.

Your rooms will be reserved for you based on the details you provide on the attendance form below, you must then pay on arrival at the hotel.
Drivers must register your vehicle for the duration of your stay at reception when checking in.
WEBSITE BOOKING CUT OFF DATE ....... you are reminded that booking through the website MUST be completed by 19 August 2026. Any bookings after this date can still be done but by personally contacting the Secretary only to receive the hotel discounts.

Gentlemen a Single Supplement (SS) has been applied by the hotel this year of £15 per night.
A little more thought may be required when booking on the website, doubling up will keep the cost down.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The hotel chain has now introduced a new cancellation policy of 48 hours notice prior to the event. If you cancel after this or simply don't turn up then the Association will be charged so we will then charge you.
